    really? it has always emulated everything very well for me. Im pretty sure i have the latest DX9

    Check you have the latest drivers too.

    And yeah, GeForce cards are measure from (* being series number)*100-900 (100-900 being how powerful), (LE generally means poor cheap card).

    It'll be fine for emulation and older PC games.
