    Default question about N64 emulation.

    on n64 emulater certain games it says that i need a controler pack to save can anybody help me?

    Welcome to the forums.

    What emulator and version of that emulator are you using? It could also possibly help if you list what games you are talking about.

    You have to go to your emulator's controller configuration window and enable the Memory Pak.

    For Project64, go to Options > Configure Controller plugin to bring up that window.

    Then for Jabo's controller plugin, which is the default one that comes with Project64:
