Now, I am limited to viewing web pages, and checking my email. FTP is blocked, they blocked inbound connections on port 80 so my DC server is dead, and they blocked the use of torrents...they all refuse to connect.

Oddly enough, I found my Remote Desktop was turned on. I NEVER turn that on. I can't say for sure they turned it on, but I know I didn't...
