Burning a PS1 game to disc?

I want to burn it to disc to save HD space. What needs to be burned/how,etc. (I'll be playing on my coputer if it makes a difference)

If you want to play it later without decompressing it then you can burn .img/.bin, etc's to cd-r/dvd-r. Or if you're not bothered about decompressing/want to save space then you can burn the rar's to dvd-r.

If you want each game on a cd-r so that you can put the disc in the drive and play it on a psx/ePSXe then you should use Alcohol 120%, burn in RAW/DAO @ 8x.
