    Default Error; Missing Shader Extensions (gpuPeteOpenGL2)

    hey,
    im having promblems running games on my laptop,
    the graphics program i am using is;
    Pete's OpenGL2 Driver Version 2.8
    the graphics card i have installed on my laptop is: ATI mobility radeon 9000 igp

    i know that my bios etc is correct because i downloaded 'the legend of dragoon' and played it through 'epsxe v.1.6.0' and it worked, it was slow at points but it still worked.
    before i tried that any game i tried to play through the programme 'Delta2 V2.01' (as it has multiple games available on it which i am unable to play directly through epsxe 1.6) was showing a black screen, now when i attempt to play one through delta2 the screen goes black and a message comes up saying;

    gpuPeteOpenGL2
    missing shader extensions

    then once ive clicked O.K. another message follows,

    No buffer available

    tbh i cant find what its looking for, any help of what to do would GREATLY be appriciated =]

    Your video card does not seem to support the shader extensions needed for that plugin (for whatever reason), try using gpuPeteOpenGL instead (note the lack of a "2" at the end).

    ive just tried it, the message no longer comes up but the screen stays blank, yet the toolbar is the only visible thing, and its enlarged,
    any ideas how i can fix it?

    You're trying to play Legend of Dragoon?

    Then download and patch the LoD .bin file with the Legend of Dragoon Protection Fix:
    http://www.megagames.com/psx/psx_patches_l.shtml

    Instructions:
    Unzip the patch files to a folder.

    Put Legend of Dragoon .bin file in that folder.

    Double-click ApplyPPF.exe
