I'd say for 360 some fun ones are R6:Vegas, Gears of War, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, and plenty of xbox live arcade games.

I guess that'd depend on the genre of co-op games....

Off the top of my head:

    Diablo (PSX, PC)

Diablo 2 (Or so I hear, I've never played it myself) (PC)

Metal Slug series (Arcade, Neo Geo CD, Saturn, Playstation, Xbox, Wii, probably on other systems, but I can't think of them at the moment)

Gauntlet series (Arcade, PC, GB, NES, GC, PS2, and other systems)

    Contra (NES, SNES, Arcade)

    Champions of Norrath (PS2)

Yeah, Diablo 2 for the PC can be played co-op provided you've got two computers with a LAN connection, my brother and I played that quite a while ago.

Contra on the Snes, as was already said. And of course, the reason for me being here, Seiken Densetsu 3 with the english fan-translation patch. It's good fun when you're playing co-op, really.

And if you've got lots of time, you can play an RTS of your choice.

Can't go wrong with Diablo 2. Game is amazing online.
I'm looking to sell mine though. I never play it. I played it when I was younger a lot. But I re-bought it probably a good 3 months ago. Opened and played with it once. Need to sell I think.

Dynasty Warriors IV and V for the PS2, and the Warriors for PS2/XBOX are a lot of fun, myes. Especially the Warriors, actually.

MOTHERFUCKING SYSTEM SHOCK 2, YOU SAVAGES.

*ahem* Yeah, that. Quake 1 also has co-op mode. Guardian Heroes is about as good as co-op beat 'em up gets. The episodes of the Tales series where the battle system is good (The 2D PS2 ones, in short) aren't bad in multiplayer, either.

For PC, I must say Operation Flashpoint is one of the best warfare simulation game ever, and the CO-OP is awseome, especially with Addons/Mods
