Me again with new problems :)

i have a new questions guys i hope you help me again(i formatted my pc again again OpenGL problem resolved by itself).Here it is:
After formatting the pc,windows' original sound effects doesn't work(i mean Alert beep,opening melody,even emulators' sound.),there is no sound of them.But mp3,videos,everything that i open with Media player works perfectly.Why?How can i fix that??

Do you use a dedicated sound card or onboard sound? If you have onboard sound you should install motherboard drivers. Your PC should have came with a motherboard disc. If it's a dedicated sound card then you'll need to install its proper drivers.

yes i have a sound card CD that comes along with with PC.i used that.

Can you tell us what the sound card is? Should be somewhere on the CD
