Had sex when I was 16, and regretted it. A lot.
Had sex again when I was 17, and partially regretted those 3 times, then I met my current girlfriend, and its been amazing for the last year and a half.

Sex is definitely overrated, but knowing the person you're doing it with inside and out certainly makes it better.

I'll respond to the "wtf is wrong with you" part,and that'll respond everything:

I'm a 25 years old nerd,I live with my parents,I don't have a job,I like videogames,I like computers,I like star wars,I like star trek,I like sci fi (books,films,etc),I like anime,I'm obsessed with a band that's not "cool" or "popular" anymore (not that I care),and lots of more geeky stuff,but to keep it short,that's what's "wrong" with me and why I haven't had sex yet:
I'm a nerd.
Add to that that I'm shy,and,that I want it to be something special and not a commercial transaction (I refuse to "go with a proffesional",that's the easy path,and the worst in my opinion),and I don't like the concept of "casual sex".
I just want a girlfriend that loves me.
I don't think I would wait until marriage,but I won't ask her "take your clothes off" the first day of course. I'm not in a hurry,(ok,I'm desperate,I'm going insane,but doing it at the right time with the right person is more important than the "urge"/"hunger") I'll wait all the months or years it takes to get to trust each other and getting to know 100% the other person and being confortable with each other and that stuff.
Anyway,even if I wanted a one night stand and I went to a pub or to dance or whatever trying to meet somebody to have a one night stand,I'll never get a girl to like me,I'm a nerd,remember?. (not that I want a casual thing anyway).
the problem is being a nerd and liking stuff that's "not cool" from the point of view of modern-day girls,and being shy and not liking the latest danceable rythms and not looking like the latest stereotype of "how a man should look like to be attractive for women",and having morals that "cool people"/"popular people" laugh about,
prevents me from getting a girlfriend.
at least over here,women laugh at you if you talk about love and having a serious relationship,I've heard of some "cool girls" laughing their asses out because one of them was telling the others she dated a guy that told her she was her first date. the witch dumped him for that (???!!!!) and with the other witches,they commented that "something's wrong with that guy" and "he must be some kind of sick wacko" as if the guy was insane or something was very wrong with him,JUST BECAUSE HE TOLD HER SHE WAS HIS FIRST DATE.
(I'm talking about 20-something people).
didn't the witches think that maybe he never had a date before because he was waiting for a special person or because he was unlucky or something like that?.
I know of a guy whose girlfriend had some slutty friends that used to encourage her to have lots of "experiences" and not stick with a single guy and all that crap and they couldn't believe that she wanted to stay with that guy and be faithful to him.

I can see my future now...if I ever get a girlfriend,I'll wait a lot of time before telling here she's the first one,I don't want to be dumped and laughed at.
so,to keep it short,no,I've never had sex,and the thing that's "wrong" with me is that I'm a nerd and shy and all that stuff.
