DBZ Supersonic Warriors 2, Help in actual gameplay

I am trying to unlock the stage above Super Vegeta in story mode (while playing as Vegeta), I know what to do, but I don't know how to do the super/special "big bang burst", what do I have to do?

Yep, it tells me how, and for some reason I still cannot do it, all three guides they have too, they all say the same thing.
