    Default Pandora 3.71 m33-3 question

I have seen various tuts explaining how to downgrade to 1.5 with a Pandora's battery and was wondering about the Pandora's batteries appearing on eBay ...The new versions have the 3.71 m33-3 firmware ready to install by pushing X on the psp, no downgrading, just one operation to install the latest firmware.

1: Is there a guide for this?
2: Does it include the 1.50 kernel add-on?
3: Will a Pandora's battery made with a phat psp's battery work for both phat and slim?
