Yeah I've stooped to my standard level of shameless posts about some website I've been working on. Basically just wanted to know what some people think. I know the design is a bit basic, but what I was kind of shooting for. The reviews, basically a joke. Here's the story, I've been on probation for the past five months (one month to go) so I've been stuck at home pretty much everyday of the week, except for school and weekends. So I was bored and started to work on some websites, first one blew, but this one turned out to be actually good. Anyways here's the address HERE. Feel free to join the forums, or if you wanna help submit some review or whatever, just ask me. It's all a pretty much for fun website and trying to be low on the seriousness. Hope you like.

Suppose you're right . . . but what exactly else do I need? But it works for what I'm doing now. Doesn't look nice, but it's right to the point, amirite? If I were to add some stuff it's just be categories in cutenews, that'd be insanely simple to put it. All I'm saying the layout, as of now, works for what it needs to do. The sad part is I made it in dreamweaver, I'm confident to say I could have coded that though, or even a twelve year old could.

maybe you should turn to cms and let that take care of your organization and look...i think ahkei was a lil harsh but hey as long as you like it its all good...

Yeah, the content really aint all that compelling either, to be honest.

None of your articles seem like anything I can't get by hitting up any number of video-gaming message boards, and in many cases come across just as unworthy of attention as the fan-boy ramblings you can count on finding therein. Case in point, your Halo 3..."review". I'm not a fan of the series by any means, but that review just came off as the tenuous grasping of straws by someone who was hell-bent on hating the game. Meh.

You have the capability to write something worthwhile. Your stuff is well-written and all that. You've just failed thus-far to use your talent to any meaningful end, and when you couple that with the unremarkable design of the site, you have something that's ultimately pretty forgettable. If you want to stand out as a site to visit, then you'll want to work on that.

Or not. Good luck whatever you choose to do.

EDIT: Oh, a look at the "About Us" page reveals the reviews to be a joke. Well would you look at that? I was always under the impression that a joke was defined by how funny it is, and this stuff just aint all that funny. Also, did you intend to include so many errors in that write-up, in order to make a joke out of how you required people who wish to submit stuff to be able to write at a high-school level? If so, that was sort of funny.

Anyway, if your site is all about the humor, you may want to work on it. It's lacking.

Uh, I'm with Cyber on this one. Your reviews aren't particularly interesting, and they're definitely not funny. Don't get me wrong, you're not a horrible writer or anything. But, yeah, work on your reviews until they're as I don't even need a reason to post this. I just love to read and whore my own shit. end post /heroin.

your "why the 40 gig ps3 will fail" is flawed, you wrote that it doesn't have blu-ray which is just well.... stupid. Obviously it does since every ps3 game is on a blu-ray disc.
