Invalid Compression

I have downloaded 3 N64 games from this site, and when i come to extract them, they say that ther is an invalid compression error. i wouldnt mind, but when you get 4k/s and it takes over 1hr to get a file to find out it doesnt work, you get a bit anoyed. does anyone else have this problem, if so, how do you fix it. if not, does anyone know what im doing wrong?

Did u try extracting with the last winrar version? win rar 3.0....if the game was compressed with this....u can t uncompress with none elese than rar 3.0
