Lakers were hot. They destroyed the abysmal Clippers and then they lost to Sacramento 114-113. Kobe had only 26 points. Now L.A. is 3 games up over Phoenix in the Pacific and only 1/2 a game ahead of San Antonio (who lost to PHX) in the West.
If Phoenix continues to tank the season, they'll miss the playoffs for sure. (We can only hope.) If they miss the playoffs or make it and choke again, D'Antoni will be in the hot seat, well, he should be. And when they lose it'll confirm that acquiring O'Neal was the worst trade in this still very young century. He's old, over weight, and lazy, and he slowed down one of the fastest teams I've ever seen play.
Houston is on fire but I still see the same result: Los Angeles and Boston in the Finals.
The Event Betting will hopefully be up for the playoffs. And hopefully for March Madness too. U-C-L-A fight fight fight!
Anyone else have predictions?
Favre retired...

Boxing is a martial art (western martial art), american wrestling is nothing more than theatrics.
Greco-style wrestling is also a martial art and takes some amount of skill. the differences between boxing and wrestling are huge though.
Wrestling (at least, the real stuff) only allows holds and throws. Boxing only allows blows from the fists.

Why laugh? >___> And yes, I'm quite happy, Guille Franco played really well and and caused the penalty shot with a good play of his own, I wish Hugo Sánchez wasn't that stubborn and call him to play in the Mexican Squad, I mean, he deserves it a lot more than Nery Castillo who hasn't done anything really great (Champion in Greece, sure, the competition level there is HIGH) and it's regarded by Hugo himself as the savior of Mexican Football. >__>
But eh, anyways, I just hope them be a nice 2nd place next to Real, and to be honest, I didn't expected them to do this well at least for now, I hope they keep up and have them again in UCL.
