Everytime I try to get Pokemon Ruby to play on the VisualBoyAdvance emulator thing, it always says "Loading Battery", and the game never pops up. Any help?

Dl and install vba.over.ini following carefully the steps given in the link or it won't work, you'll have to delete your saves:
