np: Paradise Lost - Sane "One Second"
Kill the Client - Wage Slave EP
This is an album that, by anything resembling an objective analysis, should suck. It's textbook Grindcore. The guitars are playing the same sloppy chromatic riffs every band since Repulsion has used, the bass is still buried in the mix, the vocalist alternates between imitating Barney Greenway and Kevin Sharpe and the drummer throws out every blastbeat variation under the sun with what is either the off-kilter precision of a skilled professional or amateur skinbeating tenuously held together by raw enthusiasm.
But it doesn't suck. I won't call it original or intellectual, but it belongs in the same category as bands like Watchmaker and Antaeus: A blast of purified aural violence that strikes like a razor to the throat, fades away as quickly as the victims life and sticks in the mind like the dull-toned aftermath.

Circa Survive - On Letting Go
Cosmic speaks, and I shall follow.
Touch my twat.
The only things I've been listening to are One Winged Angel (performed by the Black Mages), Trigun's opening song, and Through the Night (Outlaw Star's opening song)
np: Avantasia - The Story Ain't Over (feat. Bob Catley & Amanda Somerville) "Lost In Space (Part 1) (EP)"
Makes me happy. Seeing Avantasia live is going to make my lifetime.
The Ataris - Saddest Song
Not as shitty/emo as the title would suggest.
