does the emulators have a online feature where u can play other people online

I wasnt sure where to post this thread so Im posting it here.I heard rumors that the playstation,n64,snes and genesis.Im not sure if this is true but if it is then that would be really cool.I also heard some emulators have a netplay feature or something like that.If this is true then how does this work?what exactly do u have to do and download so u can play people online

There is... Something like cyberpad or whatever. Tried it once, but it didn't work well.

Yup, Cyberpad. Check on NGEmu, it's there.
