Default daemon tools error reading cd problem

I have noticed that when I run need for speed 3 mds file from daemon tools on my epsxe 1.5.2 emulator,in the command prompt it will say "error running cd".It will also have a ton of different numbers.for example it will say "error running cd"43,28,51 or 43,28,53.It seems like the first two numbers stay the same but the last one is always different. This need for speed 3 mds is the only thing giving me problems.any other game I run from the virtual drive runs with no problem.Im assuming its probably cuz I downloaded the need for speed 3 from a torrent.
Does anybody know how I can fix this error?

Follow the instructions here to make a bin/cue from your mds/mdf:
    http://www.epforums.org/use-isobuste...x.html?t=40611

    Then try playing the bin/cue.

If that doesn't work, then you need to download another copy, because there's something wrong with the one you have now.

Once you have extracted the game, the RAR files are useless.

Do you have problems running Resident Evil, too?

    Where's the .sub file?

There should be a .sub file with the .cue, .ccd, .img files.

If there isn't, then you'll have to rename the .img file to .bin, open the .cue file in NotePad and change where it says .img to .bin.

Then just delete the .ccd file, because without the .sub file, the .ccd file is worthless.

I've seen a lot of CloneCD images that don't have the sub file included. I guess they just expect you to use the cue file or they don't realize that you have to have the sub file for the CloneCD image to work properly.

    [EDIT]
Oops should've kept reading. That is a CloneCD image that has an extra cue file included for people that don't have a program that supports CloneCD images. Is there a problem with the image because unless there is the CloneCD format is the best way to have it in.

Since you have the .sub file, you should just leave it as it is.
No need to make a .bin file.

Because you can play .img files the same way you can .bin files with either ePSXe or pSX Emulator

Try playing Resident Evil: Director's Cut with ePSXe 1.6.0:
    http://www.epsxe.com/download.php

If that doesn't work, then go to Config > Video > Configure > Copy settings to clipboard > Paste settings with your next reply.

Which is why I'm closing this thread now.
It just gets confusing having 2 threads for 1 problem.

We'll be sticking with this thread from here on:
