Epsxe and PS rom support

ok here's the problem,

im not new to emulations i play SNES, NES, and N64 on my computer. meanwhile i've been trying to move up to playstation roms(mainly suikoden 1 and 2 great games BTW). i have the software Epsxe and dont know what the hell its talking about video and bios. Roms i download them winrar them and get these .cue .ccd .img .sub i dont know how to run them cause my emulator doesnt work. any help i will accept graciously

ePSXe uses plugins.

You're a n00b. Get pSX (http://psxemulator.gazaxian.com/). It's easier and only requires a bios rom.

That is a disc image (clonecd format to be exact) which you'd select run iso if you had a working emulator.

Astaroth i appreciate your help and ive tried to get psx but it says this

This application has failed to start because d3dx9_26.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

ive installed every version just about 3 times and same thing happenes

i dont know if this helps but i also have vista

thanks for the help i figured it out so far pSX is running fine but i dont know how to run the roms an........ well hey i figured it out that just goes to show all you need is some patience. thanks emuparadise for the great roms and great support
