I recently bougth the Victor RG-VC3 Video/Photo-CD card for Sega Saturn and just can't make any VCD to work on it.
Everytime this message appears: Disc requires system application.

Does someone know a working disc so I can test it. Maybe the damn thing is just broken, it's a second hand.
