I don't think the BIOS i the problem, I think its the plugins Go to configuration and use the plugins wizard to select different plugins. You can get new/better one's here:

For troubleshooting, I would recommend you download and use:

Pete's GPU Plugins (use the soft plugin for troublshooting)

    P.E.Op.S. DSound

    P.E.Op.S. CDR

    N-Rage's PAD plugin

Just use the default configurations of the plugins and see if they work

Get these, and unzip them to epsxe's plugin folder.

    P.E.Op.S. GPU v1.17
    Pete's GPU Plugins v1.76

    Eternal SPU v1.41
    P.E.Op.S. DSound v1.9

    P.E.Op.S. CDR v1.4

You don't need an input plugin for epsxe.

The reason I recommend these is because the P.E.Op.S. GPU v1.17 plugin seems to work best with 2D games while the 2 Pete's GPU Plugins v1.76 are recommended for 3D games.

And for sound, there are a few games that work best with Eternal, but P.E.Op.S. DSound v1.9 is an excellent plugin too, so use whichever you like best.

    try upgrading to 1.6.0

    http://www.epsxe.com/download.php

If you have 1.6.0 already, uninstall it and reinstall it. be sure to back up the saves folder!

Ok, assuming the image is already mounted to drive F:, go to config > cdrom and tell it to run from drive F:. It should tell you what to do after that. I can't really help you that much from work

Reezy, don't double post, use the EDIT button and edit your last post if you need to update it.

Read this on how to use the virtual cd drive (daemon tools):

Wait, it tells you that there MUST be a cd in, or that there should be a PSX cd in? Click ok, and it should auto-detect some crap.

Is Daemon Tools what you installed? if so, did you reboot your comp once you intalled it? if not, do it so.
