Go outside and look for any trees knocked down, any smashed cars, or possibly, a nearly dead body that went through the window. If you see any of this, he's there.

    Run.

I am wired, since the wireless router that the ISP gave me died two days ago...

And I heard some "MY DOG!" cryings.
    Oh shit.

Oh well, it seems it's a global problem, since other people I know from my town and other parts of Mexico seem to have trouble with their connection.

Good thing I downloaded enough pr0n for three weeks.

Al Gore must still be hammered from those concerts or something and is too lazy to fix the internet.

That or he finally got laid.

Sprung, how hard do you think it would be for me to mod a gamecube without any previous soldiering experience? And what modchip would you recommend?

    Hmm...

Honestly, it's a difficult solder to do. The pins on the BIOS chip are pretty freakin small. Do you have a DOL-100 or a DOL-101? The difference is the location of the BIOS chip. On the DOL-100, the BIOS chip is located under the CPU heatsink, so you have to remove it CAREFULLY. The 101's BIOS is on the other side of the motherboard, and is easier.

It's not impossible for an inexperienced solderer to do it, just be patient...and steady.

I have the Qoob SX chip. I like it, and it does what I want it to. There are others out there with more features, but with the Qoob you have a built in webserver, so when you want to rip an original, all you do is load it, press B on booting, and then open Internet Explorer to the local address of the Cube, and it opens up a download dialog box. You copy by downloading it to your computer. (You need the broadband adapter to copy, but if you just download ISOs, you won't need it)
