Default Can't Get A Download Going

Hello, I seem to be having a problem where I can get around on emuparadise.org just fine, but when I go to click on a specific part of a PSX ISO to download, my connection just kind of sits there and the download doesn't start up.

For example, I clicked on part 1 of the Persona download, and it doesn't go anywhere. It's the same with everything I try to download. This has been going on for a couple of hours, and I was wondering if there was anything up with the site.

I've downloaded a few things, including PSX stuff, from this site already, and I'm running on Firefox, so I'm not sure what the problem is.

Unfortunately, all I can tell you is that it isn't a problem with the site itself (I just tried downloading part 1 of both of the Persona games, and it worked just fine with me)... Sorry I couldn't be any more help, but I thought you might want to know this tiny bit of information (in case something was wrong with the site, and it was fixed by the time I checked).

    Try a different browser.

Try temporarily disabling your firewall and/or anti-virus.

    Try restarting your computer.

I've been having the same problem, too. I'm trying to finish my download of the FF8 ISO's and I firefox says it can't connect to the page.

it worked last night (or this morning around 2 am) but it doesn't work now i think it is a problem with the server.

    Yeah!

That's exactly the problem I'm having!

And I tried it on IE and got the same message, but then, just for fun, I downloaded an NES rom and it worked just fine.

Yeah.... it mainly seems to be happening with the PSX ISOs though. Until the links get fixed, if you want to get isos, try these two sites.
    www.emuxperts.net
This site has every PSX game released in the USA, however, it also has a download limit of 500 MB per day.

I'm not sure what all this site has, but I know I found an iso for one of the other members here.

Well, I went over to rombomb and downloaded Persona 2, and it loaded up fine, but then it started acting weird, with the screen acting like something out of an old NES game when the screen starts messing up.

Then in the actual game play, it'd do stuff like replace the dialog with IIIIIII

    And so on.

So, I was wondering if I was running the wrong video, or if I had my setting wrong (this is the first PSX game on epsxe that's done this) or maybe it's just that the game doesn't run well on a laptop (I have a Toshiba Satellite).

Or maybe the fact that I have to download the whole thing at once.

    I don't know.

Obviously, I'm kind of a moron on this sort of thing.
