Is there a way to convert an ISO file into an EXE file? So that when the file is double clicked it would do the same thing as if you were to load the ISO into a virtual drive, but without needing the ISO or virtual drive?

A virtual CD-rom is like a driver, you can't just do that.

Theoretically, there's some ways in which you can, but not quite.
My friend set my stuff up so, that, when I want to play GBA or SNES game, all I have to do is click the game itself, and it boots up VBA, or SNES9X. So I don't actually have to go use the program.
I think all you could do is right click the ISO and click open with(or whatever) then find the program...and make sure you press the box that says always open this type of file with that program, possibly. If I read your question right.
