Well not to take all the credit, I got the PAL version from snesorama and the US version from UG's T torrent. All I really did with them was scan with CDmage, convert to cue/bin (if not already), rename and rearchive.

i downloaded the one u gave me and i converted to an eboot for my psp. when i press x it goes onto a black screen and it won't load. what's wrong here?

I don't know what would be wrong. I've ran them both in pSX The Emulator and tested them with CDmage and both versions work perfectly.
