Default I'm new and extremely confused

My mother had someone that was re-doing my sister's floors download some games onto a MicroSd card that goes into a AceKard adaptor for my boys Ninetendo DS systems. He wrote down this site for me to come to for more games. I have NO IDEA how to get them on the card and I don't know how to get a hold of the person that did it. Can someone please help, I can't figure it out on my own? Thank you.
