    Default No-Intro vs TOSEC Sets

Don't really know if this question fits any of the boards really but it most deservingly goes here I guess.

Hey guys I was recently going all out to get every rom instead of just the ones specific to my region and language.

And I see all these dat files and stuff and 2 different styles of sets. The ones made by the No-intro group and then the ones the TOSEC group puts out. I wanna know which ones are better to collect and more accurate and most complete with no falsehoods.

It seems that TOSEC is mostly working on CD based games while no-intro is working on cartriage based systems. Both should be fairly accurate though as the people at psxdb.com work side by side with them.
