He apparently was waiting for an X-Box 360 Emulator, when a fellow forum member alerted him 46 minutes later that holding his breath for too long could cause virtual fatality. Oh yeah, you might want to switch to ePSXe 1.5.2 if you're using 1.6.0. or else... a particular cut-scene will get the game stuck, in which case you'll have to copy over the save-states or memcards from 1.6.0 and insert it into the 1.5.2 folder, after which, you start 1.5.2, load and play.
