    You'd need a gba emulator for PSP
    gpSP is the best one, v0.9 seems to be the latest version:

    you need also the right gba bios

    I'm pretty sure I've used that exact one myself, on PSP. Should work, after a renaming.

    i'm pretty sure i tried the one on ep with gpsp but the gp2x version and it detected to the bios as a bad one, so i had to get another one

    I just tried it myself. The one on EP. Tried it on gPSP 0.9.

    It works
