    Print screen?
I don't think ePSXe takes screen shots. Although knowing me I'm absolutely wrong.

When your saving that, save as jpg or the files sizes will be huge.

there's even already a SNAP folder. That should've implied right away that there is a snapshot button. It saves them to a nice bmp resolution too 640x480

    winrar.
"split volume in bytes", enter whatever you wanna split it in.
    20mb is popular (20,000,000) bytes.

megaupload/rapidshare and other filesharing sites all have a limit on filesizes to be uploaded. usually 100MB, so the games have to be split. I prefer megaupload anyway over rapidshare, on the latter I have to wait after EACH download from 10min to 1.5 hours. With megaupload I have to wait after I downloaded a specific amount (varies per country, for me it's about 300MB)
So in a single day I download alot more from MU than Rapidcrap

winrar can let you compress & split files. Just select the files you want compressed, right-click -> add to archive... -> in the bottom left you can select in bytes how big you want the parts to be

If you have a dsl connection to the internet. You can just turn off and on your modem after each link to bypass the waits.
