You're gonna like cleaning the dust outta the tower though I tell ya. Keeps your HW cold but also makes them DUSTY. =(

It's purdy, but um, if you're gonna build a new computer, why not purchase a good monitor to go with it? I'll sell ya my Sony Trinitron (17") HMD-A200 monitor, it has a cool lightning bolt effect right before it displays the sony logo.

the only thing i have to put up with this monitor is a 30second warmup on the CRT but so long as you keep the brightness below 90% its crisp and clear picture. seriously people need to not limit themselfs just becasue they cant get it new. belive me i've been building computers on a budget of 0.00US$ for about 4 years and you can find some good stuff being thrown away by local scools and hospitals.

comes from years of excperence having to salvage car parts, food, home materials and other such things from tha trash. And dont throw anyhtign Away becasue it doesnt work right off the bat. Chances are its just not compadible with what oyu have atm. For excample i have a motherborad with a Via Apollo MVP4 chipset (includeing Onborad Trident Blade3D AGP 2x graphics and AC-97 compliant onborad sound with 4 PCI slots) that it wouldent work with the Slot7 Pentium CPUs i had. everyone suggested i toss it becasue it didnt work right but as soon as i aqqured an AMD K6-2 500MHz CPU suddenly it ran like a charm. and i have a old intel mother borad that has a 440ZX chipset. well it also has an AGP2x interface and accepts 533MHz Dechuttes Celerons. slap an old nVidia Viper TNT2 a Realtek 10/100LAN card and a 56k modem in that sucker combined with a 10GB hard drive and 256MB of ram running windows 2000 and you have an internet ready PC and thats what most users are looking for. i can sell this machine for 200$ to the right buyer thier happy i make about 200$ net on the parts to make the machine and everybody wins. see?

also i have to ask, whats with all the colors on the mobo? i remember back when there werent even plastic guwar rails on the IDE controler port you had to line pin1 with pin1 to make it work. ALL the connectors back then were just black and i liked it black. now its all colorfull :\
