Is there any particular reason Sega Saturn games have seperated audio tracks?
I would think cdrwin bin and cue files like most PS1 games would be better.

Just curious, if there is some quirk with Saturn games that requires seperate audio files excuse the dumb question

It was the most common distrubution for Saturn images. To make them smaller they had the audio tracks extracted into MP3, at a lower bitrate. It's best to download bin/cue Saturn images, btw. 'Cause there would not be lack of quality in the audio.
PSX images can have this done, just no one actually did it.

I once found a copy of Rally Cross 2 for PSX that was in iso/mp3 format.

Could only play the iso in ePSXe, so I had no sound (didn't know then about converting from iso/mp3 to bin/cue)

    So, I deleted it.

You should have written your own cue sheet.
You can use SegaCueMaker to get the basic part, then editing the modes, blocks, etc.
