Default Pokemon Fire Red Gameshark Codes

I have a really old gameshark for gba, i remember someone once saying i need to use action replay codes in it but i never got it to work using that either. It says Gameshark v1.0 in the options menu, and I need help finding codes that work for pokemon fire red. Thanks, only thing im looking for is to be able to catch any pokemon, since trading for them all is annoying

Ok well anyways I was doing some research and i found this comment about my gameshark

"What many people don't know is that the Action Replay is Compleatly identical to the GBA GameShark, just with a different sticker on it. down to the Internet Update program.
all they did was licence the hardware and put their own labels on it and changed the coding system around a bit.
well.. if you go to ActionReplays website ...you can download a file that will turn your Gameshark into an action replay CAUTION.. DOING THIS WILL PERMANTLY MAKE YOUR GAMESHARK AN ACTIONREPLAY. AND YOU WILL LOOSE ANY CODES YOU HAVE ALREADY ENTERED IN IT, AND GAME SHARK CODES ARE'NT COMPATABLE ONCE YOU UPGRADE."

I went to the action replay main site the codejunkies page, and looked around and couldn't find anything. If someone could help me do this with my gameshark it would amazing. Thanks
