Can't get to GBA roms

This has been happening for a few months now.
I stopped downloading from here(because I stopped playing gameboy advance) for a while. Now that I'm back(and want to play), it gives me either "This page cannot be displayed(IE)" or says I cannot reach the page(firefox). Sorry that I don't know which versions I'm using. It gives me these messages for all three links I could spot of the new releases section.
Anywho, I figure it's a problem with my computer or something? Considering I haven't seen another thread like this(and yes, I searched), and the FAQ for downloading from the site had something similar but not the same.
Needless to say I've tried it many times, it's always no-go.

Seems it's down, anyway, you might want to go here instead. It's pretty much updated very frequently.

you sure? cause the GBA downloads are extremely slow...even to the point where the download stops...
