    Default WWF No Mercy problem.

I've installed Project64, and used a WWF No Mercy rom. Now, the very strange thing is that whenever Kane does the Tombstone Piledriver, my entire PC freezes up. I have to force a reboot. The P64 settings are all default, except for the controller settings of course.

    Specs:
    512MB of ram
    2.9 Ghz CPU
    nVidia GeForce 5200 FX

And please don't tell me to just not use Kane. I want a fix for the actual problem, not to just simply not use one of the characters.

Does your rom have a [!] at the end of the filename?

Yup, it does. Also noticed that the crash happens only with Kane, no one else that uses that move. And it also only happens when it's in fullscreen mode, not windowed move.

Could be a graphic glitch your comp can't handle when fullscreen... Have you tried different resolutions, color depths, plugins/settings, etc.?

Yup. I messed with literally all video settings in the latest version of P64. I did run into one setting that didn't make the move/character crash my PC, but it also had a very odd effect. Almost all the text in the game was transparent, and when fights began, there were these wierd huge grey areas that randomly generated throughout the match. No crash, but, yeah...

Maybe you should try an earlier version. Could end up being like ePSXe 1.5.2 and 1.6.0.

Hm. I'll try that. I just hope WWF No Mercy works properly on earlier versions. I remember using that same rom on an earlier version a good while ago, and the graphics were horrible, and in black and white.
