Default My state is cooler than yours.

Seriously, Indiana is pretty dog on good about me carrying guns. Found this on the web:

I can carry automatic weapons too. Anyway, how is your state/country on gun laws. The damn indiana liscense cost like $100+ after all is said and done....that is way too much money to get a piece of paper.

Yeah, I don't even have to click the link to know what it's going to say.

Why doesn't Kentucky fall into Tennessee?

Yeah, Indiana sucks, but Kentucky blows, so that is why we are pretty much at a stand still.

You know it costs like 150 bucks, not including the gun, right? I might get mine midsummer when I can afford it.

An interesting point is a state government ban on lawsuits against the gun manufacterers for claims of accountability in gun crimes. Hm.

We got a D+ here in Missouri, which is bullshit because we got the same "B" grade on Juvenile Possession others state got, yet they received a "C" (other grades the same when comparing).

I know (because I asked the clerk when I bought my Remington 870) that no one under the age of 21 is allowed to purchase a handgun in Missouri, yet they state its "Unspecified" on the Brady Campaign.

And we do go through the same criminal background checks for long guns (shotguns, rifles, etc) that we do for handguns (they did that to me).

I'd like to say something about the issue of clips with a capacity greater than 9 bullets. It takes 2 1/2 seconds for me to reload my M1911. Limits on the amount of bullets a handgun can have are pointless because its so freaking easy to reload them.

EDIT: Who thinks that psychological and criminal background checks should be required by federal or state law? Also, a national 2 week waiting period wouldn't do us any harm (no one needs a gun right away save criminals). Had the state asked me to wait two weeks before picking up my 870, I wouldn't have minded. Anyone agree?

I'm not against criminal background checks, but its not like they aren't going to get guns anywhere else.

As for the wait period, I don't like it. Sure I may not need it right away, but what happens if I get killed by a criminal all because I couldn't have my gun for two weeks after I bought it. I mean, yeah that prolly wouldn't happen so no, I wouldn't need my gun right away, but I also don't need electricity or steak. That doesn't mean that I still don't them though. It's all about what is the most convenient for the person. For me, it would be I want it immediately.

A time limit in between buying multiple guns is much better.
