I don't really give it out often. Mostly for intelligence, humor, and good grace. I think. I don't really remember. Meh. I do remember mildly upsetting Xena by misinterpreting a couple of her posts and neg-repping her because of those misinterpretations, though. Since you can't clear the original rep after giving it, only counter it with the opposite somewhere else...

My rep power decreased greatly when I was promoted to admin that's why I give rep more often now whenever I see something that makes me laugh or opinions or statements I'd agree with.
Now there are some people whose posts should be repped instantly by everyone due to their awesomeness. Be sure to read all that is posted in the forums to know who they are.

I seem to give it out a lot compared to other people. If someone helps me with something i asked for, i thank them by giving rep, but i seem to be in the minority. (not a complaint)

Eh, well I used to get a lot of rep too, back in the day when I was very active on these boards, uploading all the games I bought from Japan and such. But obviously I don't get any now. I haven't made a post in months.
