hi

when i want to play "adventure" mode with CTR, i can't get started.. first a certain head is talking to me, but when he's done talking i simply can't get started. i've used every button, but it doesn't do anything..

arcade mode works fine

does anybody know what's the problem?

if you can do it, will you tell me what button you have to press or what you have to do and what your settings are?

Are you playing on a real PSX or on an emulator?

If you're using an emulator that uses plugins (like ePSXe) then do this:

Download P.E.Op.S. DSound Audio SPU Version 1.9 from here:
http://www.pbernert.com/html/spu.htm#DSOUND

Unzip it to ePSXe's plugin folder

Start ePSXe > go to Config > Sound > choose P.E.Op.S. DSound Audio Driver 1.9 from the drop-down menu > Configure > and Enable SPU IRQ - handle irqs in decoded sound buffer areas.

hmmm, that worked, i can play now. but my sound is now really fucked up

i've tried Eternal SPU Plugin 1.41 with enable SPU IRQ hack and force interruption flag7 on, now i can play and my sound is fine.

but i still got one more problem. when i'm playing adventure, it doesn't save. how can i save when i'm in adventure mode? pressing start and then quit doesn't save my progresses, so how can i?

I can't recall how do you save during the adventure mode in that game, if you have to reach certain areas to save or whatever, but you can use save states to save your progress, it's not recommended since it can screw your configuration tho. F1 will save the game and F3 to load a saved game.
