    Default ePSXe Save Help

    Emulator: ePSXe
    Version: 1.5.2

    Plugins
    Pete's OpenGL Driver 1.76
    Eternal SPU Plugin 1.41
    P.E.Op.S. CDR Driver 1.4

I was looking at this thread because I was trying to use a downloaded game save from GameFAQs for Final Fantasy VII. When I tried it without converting it first (but followed the image in that thread with the Memory Card config), nothing showed up when I started the game and went to 'load game'.

So I tried converting it with the program linked to in that thread. It converted ok and I configured the memory card to point to the converted file, but when I started the game again and went to load game, nothing was there again.

    Am I doing something wrong?

    Thanks.

the save and your game must be for the same region. NTSC save for NTSC game (North America list at gamefaqs), PAL save for PAL game (Europe list)

Hmm, that must have been it. The game is the US version and GameFAQs said the save was from the US version too, but I just tried another save and it worked. Wanted to see the date with Barret too.

    Thanks though.
