To me, Faces of Death is like the scene in The Cell, where the guy is rolling up the dude's intestines on a spit roaster. Really unnecessary and disgusting.

I've never seen that one. I don't normally watch gore movies, and when I rented The Cell, I thought it was more of a psychological thriller...the whole "dreamworld/psycho" thing.
