I dunno why anyone would willingly look at footage of real dead people, especially violent deaths and such. I refuse to watch those driver ed movies about car accidents, too. Fuck that.
Oddly enough, I do watch the medical shows on Discovery and The Learning Channel with sugeries and emergency room patients sometimes. ^^; I always wanted to be a doctor as a little kid.
I do like horror movies, though. Anyone ever see Day of the Dead? When at the end they rip the asshole general in half while he's still alive?
