    Exclamation Cruis'n World for Project 64 not working

    It keeps saying not a valid n64 image.


    what should i do?

    This should not happen... hmm try finding a different source for your dl.

    PJ64 uses the CRC of the rom to identify it so what you have is either a modded or corrupted copy of that game.

    Project64 (like all other N64 emulators) can't play roms in rar files.

    You have to extract the rom from the rar file using either WinRar or 7-zip.

    If it was in a RAR file the PJ64 would have never detected it in the rom folder he selected in the first place SegNin. Although you are right so far this no emulator for any system that can run RAR files.

    (What am I saying of course he's right, he's a mod. )

    File > Open rom > For Files of type, click down arrow, choose All files.

    Now you can load any file, including rar, but if you do, you'll get that error message about it not being an valid N64 rom.

    I'm downloading the rom right now to test it, but it's going to take awhile-getting very slow speeds.

    OK, I finally got it.

    And it works, if you extract it from the rar file.

    To do that, you'll need to install either WinRar or 7-Zip:
