go here for your desmume downloads:
    http://amponzi.googlepages.com/

Those are the official WIP builds, everytime a new one is compiled, it's released there first.

Sweet! That one at least ran the rom I wanted. Although painfully slow so that I only got to the intro of the game before I killed myself.

Do you have the bios in the same directory as the emulator for No$GBA?

What bios? I didn't think it needed one, since usually an emulator let's you know upon launch that it needs any plugins or bios configured.

The NDS emulators are a little different. If the bios isn't in the same directory they crash. Go back to the previous page for a link to the bios that was recently uploaded.

Ah, it worked now. Loaded up quickly too. Just one thing, it said Data loading failed...
This was for Portrait of Ruin rom.

Edit: Also, is there any way of making the emulator a bit larger?

Edit2: Okay. I keep getting that not being able to load data thing from every game I try and load up.

You have to manually set the save type in the options. By default it's set at "None" and no, the author is still working on getting the resize for the NDS emulation to work right.

Desmume allows you go set the screen size.

Is it this? If so, which one do I choose?

Unfortunately you'll have to experiment. Choose a save and reset the game until it doen't show that error message anymore. For example Super Mario 64 DS works if you use EEPROM 64KBytes, Yoshi's Touch and Go uses EEPROM 0.5KBytes. Since there is no place to go to find out exactly what the save types is suppose to be (dgemu just says Unknown for all the NDS roms' save types) that's really all you can do.

Quit bragging about that emulator already. The only thing I have found good about it is that the sound emulation works on it. It can't render 3D on the touchscreen and it doesn't support gamepads which is what I'm using with almost every emulator I can get my hands on.

I chose the last one, which played New Super Mario Brothers. Well, at least it's progressing (emulation). :\

Oh and I beat the Bombomb King on Super Mario 64 DS (the first star) so yeah it's progress alright since the last time I used a DS emlator I couldn't even start a new game.

You got that far!?! Jesus. NSMB I barely got through the intro before I closed it due to the incredible slowness.

It's very processor hungry and I have an Intel Core 2 Duo that maxed at 30-40% usage for No$GBA so if you don't have fast processor yeah it's gonna be slow. It still was running a bit slow for me but still playable.
