Passkey 2 trouble again

I was having a problem a month ago where my m3 and passkey 2 were causing a white screen on my DS, I updated it and got the sram.dat file and it worked for a while but now it seems that the problem is back, I've already tried redoing the things I did last time but now I can't even update it as the programmer attachment won't see it.

Have you contacted the online retailer who sold you your passkey 2?

No, I would have but I wasn't sure if I could return it as I buy it in a package with the M3CF and I don't think that I have the receipt anymore but I still have the emails so I could try using those.
