Like i said how do u stop the game from moving so fast i got the game legend of mana to work now i have another annoying problem so can u help

For ePSXe:
Config > Video > Configure > Use FPS Limit.

Or Config > Video > Configure > Nice (the button to the bottom left). That's what I did.

checking the "use FPS limit" and the auto-detect FPS/frame skipping limit will do the trick. But if you hit the Nice button at the bottom it should auto check those for you like what Silence did

Well, that depends.

I have a P4 512ram and it worked fine pressing the nice button. But I've got a friend that just purchased a dual core amd64 with 2gig ram, and when he checked it, it didn't work. he made it work afterwards, but I don't know how though...

Checking the button that says Use FPS Limiter and setting the limit to 60 should work regardless of your machine.
