CuteFTP Not Working Properly- Help please!

Hey guys, been awhile!

So, I've just recently got high speed again, so I'm starting to emulate again.

I downloaded/installed/set up CuteFTP as the guide told me to, but its not working! I've tried it on Legend of Mana, Star Ocean 2, and DQVII, and it says

ERROR:> Can't connect
ERROR:> Can't login. Still trying...

STATUS:> Connect: Sunday 12:20:08 03-11-2007
STATUS:> Connecting to
STATUS:> Connecting to (ip = 10.2.65.229)

it wont even connect, so theres no way its gonna let me download the isos XD.

What should I do? Are there any other settings I need to change? I'm using Firefox, and I followed the CuteFTP guide posted on the main site to the T!

Don't use CuteFTP, what the main page says is outdated.
Follow this guide and use firefox+flashget+flashgot:
