i downloaded the Castlevania SOTN ISO and when i tried to extact the files with winrar it says "Packed data CRC failed in castlevania ISO the volume/file is corrupt."

Download it again, you didn't download all of it I think...
i did twice and it still gives me the same message.
when i downloaded it i did not use a download manager.
would that have something to do with it?

When you save the file, make sure you choose a location in your harddrive and save it. Don't just open it.
