RPG Maker black screen

I downloaded the RPG Maker file here and burned with Nero 7 at the slowest speed possible (8x). When I put the game into my ps2 after using Breaker Pro v1.1, the game will load the intro screens but then when it looks like it is going to the main menu, all I get is a black screen. Does anyone know how to get this working?
BTW, I burned FF9 Disc 1 the same way and it has been playing just fine.

How big is the game burned? if the game has a bigger TOC than breaker pro, it won't boot.
