Default Sound sync problems with SSF and a few games.

I converted an iso/mp3 pack of Albert Odyssey to the appropriate files, created a cue sheet with segacuemaker and popped it in. Now, during the prologe's introduction, the voices and sounds are out of sync with what's going on the screen at the time. How can I fix this?

Sounds like the ISO/MP3 originated from an image made with Alcohol 120%, Alcohol puts the sound out of sync by about 2 seconds with older discs. Dunno why.

This is just a guess based on your other thread, but is your copy of Albert Odyssey patched to PAL? Certain games de-synch when patched to 50Hz, and I remember that Albert Odyssey is one of them; the prologue was out of synch on my PAL Saturn as well...
