PSX ISO's on PSP

my second choice would be PSX2PSP GUI for Popstation v.0.7.1 by KingSquitter

I see you made a guide for this. Can this program convert any type of image file alright?

.iso, .bin/.cue, .mdf/.mds, .img/.ccd, .nrg, etc...

thanks i have extracted them and i have two files, these go in order in the FILE folder in popstation GUI right?

The latest version of popstation GUI doesn't need those files but PSX2PSP does need those files (yes, they go in the file folder)
edit: you also may want to try out IceTea v1.3, I've heard some good things about but I haven't tried it out myself.

great. i have put the eboot in the game file, it plays the game until the playstation logo comes up, after that fades the screen just stays black and nothing else happens, does this happen to anyone else?

Do you mean not region free, then your probably right, i'm on a japanese psp, that might have something to do with it, i will try Abe's exoddus ill let you know how it goes.

Do you have the keys.bin in the same folder? Try to remove it if you do. I think that 3.03OE-C does not require the keys.

I have just upgraded to 3.10 OE-A, does this still apply to this firmware, don't forget that this is custom firmware so there is no reason why it shouldn't work.

Oh, by the way Abe's Exoddus works fine, i will try and convert final fantasy 8 again.

3.10oe-a does not need the keys file.
Patches? I don't think I've ever used any for popstation so I think it's ok.
