    Followed these directions:

you can try extracting it with 7z

right click .sfv file in project justice folder, choose "open archive"

when a window shows up, go to tools > options and check "001 7-zip" option.

    extract it.

    hope it helps
Anyway I can get around this or will I have to re download and hope it works?

    Thanks in advance.

Because you're meant to open .001 extensions with WinRAR
Right Click -> Open With -> WinRAR
Run .001 and extract the CDI from inside WinRAR. Problemo solved.

No prob. I think that should be pinned to the Sega section too.
    A very common question.
